Hello There!

My name is Olajumoke, most people call me Jummy. I am a Nigerian-American practitioner. I am passionate about mental health's effect on minorities and people of color. This is primarily because mental health has not been a major topic of conversation in our communities. So for generations individuals have done their best to navigate through life while missing a vital component in overall human wellness and care. As a Nigerian American, I am passionate about helping individuals navigate through life more effectively. 

 

With Exclusive Coaching and Strategy, I work with individuals on a personal level.  on assisting individuals in learning how to remodel their minds to become more resilient despite difficult events. This helps individuals understand how their mind affects their development and how it affects their success. By addressing these issues, individuals are provided with practical tools that they can employ to halt the transmission of traumatic experiences in their families and future generations.
