INSURANCE
If you are interested in using your insurance, I currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Magellan & Optum.
I will provide claim information that will facilitate you filing for reimbursement directly for out-of-network services. If you're unsure if you have out-of-network benefits, I recommend you call your insurance company and ask about whether or not they offer reimbursement for behavioral health. Note that coaching services are not reimbursable through insurance. Only therapy.
PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
Credit Cards, HSA, and Zelle payments are accepted.
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, you will be responsible for the full session cost.
In case of no-show, you are responsible for the full session cost.
